What Crystal publishes today
Client-Server Edition: from KES 50,000 initial setup. Server Edition: from KES 45,000. Client Edition: from KES 30,000 per client machine. Mobile App Edition: KES 2,500 per device per month. These editions serve different deployment needs; do not automatically add all of them together.
Your working checklist
- Hardware: specify the terminal, printer, scanner, cash drawer and network equipment.
- Integrations: eTIMS KES 60,000; M-Pesa KES 10,000 without STK or KES 20,000 with STK.
- Renewal: 20% of installed software value from the first anniversary.
- Other costs: applicable tax, travel outside included coverage and any separately scoped work.
Put it into practice
A shop with the KES 50,000 Client-Server setup and the KES 20,000 M-Pesa STK add-on has a KES 70,000 software subtotal before hardware, tax and other agreed work. Ask which installed components enter the annual renewal base. A low headline price is not a complete quotation.
