Setup, licence and renewals

Pricing questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not for the on-site editions: they are a one-time price plus the annual licence fee. The Mobile App Edition is monthly per device.
How many users and tills are included?
The software does not cap users. Each till machine running the desktop till app is a Client Edition licence; a till used in a plain browser connects to the server without a separate client licence. Hosted accounts are quoted per business.
What does the annual licence fee pay for?
Overnight software updates, server monitoring and support during business hours. The annual licence fee is 20% of the total price of the software installed, payable yearly from the first anniversary.
Can I start small and add branches later?
Yes. Branches, databases, tills and add-ons are added to a running installation; you pay the difference plus installation.
Do you host it for me?
Yes, a hosted account is available for businesses that prefer not to run a server. Pricing is quoted per business because it depends on branches and data size.
