Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-12. These terms cover this website and orders placed through it. A signed licence agreement, where one exists, takes precedence for the software.
1. Who you are dealing with
Crystaline ERP is developed, sold and supported by Sajsoft Solutions Ltd, Raja Building, 3rd Floor, Biashara Street, Nairobi, Kenya, Kenya ("Sajsoft", "we").
2. The website
Information on this site describes the product as it exists at the date shown on each page. Screens are from a demonstration company with invented data. Features marked "Set up during onboarding" depend on third-party accounts, devices or registrations and are set up per customer. We correct errors when we find them; the site is not an offer capable of acceptance except where a "Buy now" checkout is provided.
3. Prices
Prices are in Kenya shillings and cover software and installation only, as stated on the pricing page. Prices are for software and installation only. Hardware is quoted separately. VAT is charged where applicable and shown on the invoice. The annual licence fee is 20% of the total price of the software installed, payable yearly from the first anniversary. A "from" price is the price for the standard scope described next to it; anything beyond that scope is quoted in writing before work starts.
4. Online orders
Where online payment is offered, you pay through our payment provider (Paystack). An order is accepted when we confirm the payment with the provider and send you a receipt by email. Activation and installation are carried out by our team afterwards and are not automatic; we contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave to arrange them. If we cannot deliver the package you paid for, we refund the payment in full.
5. Licence
The software is licensed, not sold. A licence allows the named business to use Crystaline ERP on the number of servers, tills and devices paid for, at the sites agreed. The annual licence fee keeps updates and support active; a licence whose fee lapses continues to run but no longer receives updates or support until it is renewed. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or sublicense the software.
6. Your data
Data you enter in Crystaline ERP belongs to you. On an on-site installation it lives on your server; on a hosted account we hold it on your behalf and return it on request at the end of the service. We do not use customer business data for any purpose other than providing the service and support.
7. Support and availability
Support is provided by WhatsApp, phone and email, Monday to Saturday, during Kenyan business hours (East Africa Time). We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of hosted services, internet links, third-party gateways (M-Pesa, KRA eTIMS, SMS, email) or hardware. On-site servers are your responsibility to keep powered, connected and backed up off site; we provide the tools and advice to do so.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim arising from the website, an order or the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, data or business caused by events outside our control.
9. Resellers
Partner applications on this site create no agency, exclusivity or entitlement; a partnership exists only under a signed partner agreement.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
