Before you decide
A few practical answers.
Can we keep selling when the internet goes down?
Yes, with an on-site server and tills connected to your local network. The till must stay connected to that server. M-Pesa, eTIMS, updates and hosted access need internet.
Can you bring in our existing stock and customer data?
Yes. Import items, customers and suppliers from Excel or CSV, with opening stock and account balances. Historical transactions are not migrated. We confirm your data and setup plan before installation.
Are M-Pesa and eTIMS included?
They are separately priced integrations. Your accounts, provider and requirements are confirmed during setup. See integration prices.
Who trains us and helps after installation?
Our team trains cashiers and managers during installation. Support is available by WhatsApp, phone and email, Monday to Saturday during Kenyan business hours. Read the setup and support details.
