Reseller programme

Become a Crystal ERP Value-added Reseller

For firms that can manage a sales process, help configure the system, train users and provide first-line support under an agreed partner arrangement.

What the role involves

A reseller needs more than leads. You should understand the customer’s workflow, document requirements, prepare implementation data and manage a disciplined handover. Product scope and any exceptions must be confirmed before the customer signs.

Responsibilities to agree

  • Sales: requirements discovery, approved demonstration and quotation coordination.
  • Implementation: equipment checks, configuration, data preparation and acceptance testing.
  • Support: first-line triage, evidence collection and escalation to the product team.
  • Commercial control: collections, renewal ownership and handling of scope changes.

Build capacity before taking on a rollout

Identify your sales owner and technical lead. Complete the agreed product training and use a supervised first implementation where appropriate. Margins, territories, support response commitments and authorisation are defined in writing; applying does not grant reseller status.

Questions before you decide

Is a territory exclusive?

No exclusivity is implied. Any protected territory requires explicit written agreement.

Can I set my own prices?

Follow the pricing and discount authority set out in your signed partner agreement.
