What is included in this estimate
The estimator uses the selected base edition, additional desktop clients, optional integrations and mobile devices. It shows initial software charges and monthly mobile charges separately. Hardware, applicable tax, hosting, travel and custom work are excluded.
Understand the renewal
Annual software licensing is 20% of installed software value from the first anniversary. Confirm whether the configured integration fees enter that value. The tool shows both a base-software renewal and an illustrative renewal including selected integration fees so that this assumption is visible.
